For a little extra pizazz in your garden, grow a Williams Hybrid. The leaves are shaped like shields and have a purple underside. If your plant doesn't look just like the picture, give it a little time to grow up. Elephant ears' attributes become more defined when they mature.
Mature height: 3-4 feet. Light:Full sun to part sun. Soil: Well-drained. Keep moist but not soggy. Zones: 7b-11.
