My first plant didn’t make it unfortunately. Sent them a picture and they almost immediately sent a new one.

While I can't the same for all the plants I've received, this one is a real star! They all receive the same treatment, more or less, but this plant never complained about anything, and is happy as can be (I've had a couple cry-babies and one in particular that was not long for this world). I'd highly recommend this one!
