I recently ordered two Red Abyssinian Banana plants from Wellspring Gardens, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Both plants arrived healthy and beautiful, but unfortunately one was damaged during shipping.
I contacted Wellspring Gardens and sent them a photo of the damaged plant. They responded quickly and shipped a replacement without any hassle or hesitation. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days and truly speaks to how much they value their customers.

Over the winter I thought it'd be cool to grow a wall of bananas across my.grow room. It quickly got out of control, but for some reason I've killed 2 of these. I literally begged them not to let me buy any more bananas, so they threw another one of these in as a freebie. It's hilarious but it also shows that they do pay attention to the customers and our social media accounts and our emails, so nothing but love. I'm trying things different with this one instead of just flooding it constantly like the other bananas, and we'll see how that goes.

Shipped well and super healthy. I was super worried because we had a freak cold snap that happened to coincide with the delivery date of 24deg. They were fine and well protected.
