Returns and Exchanges Policy FAQ

We guarantee your plants will recover from their travels within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If they don't, or if you want to return for another reason, here is how to start the return process:

  • Go to returns.wsprg.com and enter your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  • Fill out the form. 
  • Await a response to your return request (usually within 24 hours). 
  • Once your request is approved, you will get an email with more information.
  • Wait for your return to be delivered and processed to receive a refund, replacement, or gift card.

What to include in your return

Be sure to include the following original components to avoid a restocking fee: The plant itself, its original pot, the plant bag.

Return shipping cost

If your plant(s) do not recover from their travels or are damaged beyond repair, we will pay for return shipping. We do not cover return shipping for other reasons. 

Refunds to original payment method

Once your refund is issued, it could take up to 10 business days to arrive. (It depends on your bank.)

Replace with the same item

We will send you a replacement order with the exact same item.

Refund to store gift card

Once the refund is issued, you will have access to your gift card. Gift cards can be applied towards any purchase. 

What items are eligible for returns?

Any plant order within 30 days from the day it was delivered that has all the original components (the plant itself, the original pot, the plant bag)

What items and exceptions are non-refundable?  

  • Gift cards
  • Fertilizers
  • Orders that are 31+ days after the delivery date

How soon will I get my refund?  

  • After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take an additional 1-3 business days (and in some cases up to 10 business days) for the refund to be returned to your original payment method.
  • Refunds to store credit are immediate after returns are processed.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you still haven't received a refund, please contact us at support@wellspringgardens.com
