Fulfillment Specialists
Fulfillment specialists’ primary role is to select plant inventory from a greenhouse, prepare them for shipment (watering, weeding, trimming and debugging) and pack them for a safe voyage.
- Select plant inventory from the greenhouse.
- Enhance the plants presentation and shipping performance by watering, weeding, trimming and debugging.
- Match plants with customer packing slips.
- Pack plants for shipping.
Production Specialists
A greenhouse production associate’s primary role is to care for plants, grade inventory, propagate, and maintain organization in a greenhouse setting.
- Prepare and grade plants.
- Count inventory.
- Revive plants through fertilizing, spraying, pruning, weeding, watering, etc.
- Maintain and organize greenhouse environment.
- Pot plants.
- Propagate plants (i.e., cuttings, seeds, etc.)
