Okinawa spinach arrive fast and in excellent condition. I move it at the same day in bigger pot and it’s already having new leaves after 2 weeks from shipping !
It was shipped with high speed and the yellow dragon fruit tree was delivered healthy, without any issues or damage.

Half the plants were dead and wilted looking with many of the traps black or yellow. The plants were also soooo tiny (expected more for the cost per plant). Will not purchase again
Oh no! Carnivorous plants will lose and re-grow traps from time to time just as plants lose and grow new leaves, so no fear if you see some blackened, yellowing, or shriveled growth--Your plant is not dead or rotting. Those are just older parts going through the normal life cycle. Use sterile scissors to cut away the old growth. Then place a saucer of distilled water underneath to keep consistently moist all the time. If you'd like, you can also reach out to our customer support team for additional assistance.

These katuk's are awesome. Wellsprings sent them in perfect condition. When a young sapling, the branches remind me of Jesus with his arms stretched out 😭. I've nicknamed them the Jesus tree.

We were out of town when they arrived…their caregiver didn’t understand how to take care of them. Once I arrived home, with some TLC they have perked up and looking much better!!

I received 2 fig tress both of which died within a week. I raise fig tress so I am familiar with how to treat them. These had very poor root structure. Also the coffee plant that I received is struggling. I have repotted it hoping that will help. Very disappointed as I have received excellent plants in the past.

My banana plant is almost dead. I know it’s not going to live. It’s shriveling up and the shoot is black. It’s not my first rodeo with banana plants so I know which ones won’t make it. My other two plants I ordered are doing good so far but definitely not this one. I bought a banana plant and have to wait 30 days for a replacement when a new one would have 30 days to grow bigger??? Not too happy.
