Purchased this Citrus, and other Citrus from Wellspring Gardens.
The plants are all very healthy, and ready-to-plant immediately upon receipt.
In-ground, planted in Florida Sugar Sand with dappled light provided by old Oaks, I've had new visible growth within the first few weeks on all the Citrus I've purchased from Wellspring Gardens. Some of plants have grown better than others, but all seem to be establishing well.
Full sun is recommended, and even though these plants are HLB-resistant, I opted to plant them under cover of Oaks to give them extra concealment from Asian Citrus Psyllid and to mimic their early life of the forest floor in their native habitat. They seem happy, and some have grown more than others, but all have shown some sort of growth.
Healthy graft unions. The ribbed structure of the pot helped to encourage healthy root development in the pot. No encircling roots, but the roots had established the pot, and the plant was definitely ready to be potted up/planted in-ground.
