Had no customer service, package took about 7 days to arrive. Plants were in very good shape, each was in a bag that retained moisture keeping the plants green and Would shop with these people again.. No wilting or other stress. I have transplanted and am letting them acclimate before final planting. Very happy with this purchase. Also got 3 cardinal flowers which get the same review.
