You may not recognize Hua Moa bananas as bananas at first sight, because of the fruit's unique shape and enormous size. The fruit is almost rectangular and can grow up to a whopping 10-inches long and 4-inches wide. Fresh or cooked, the Hua Moa is a flavor delight.
