They say money doesn't grow on trees, but it does grow on the Chinese Money Plant with its rounded, coin-like leaves from which it derives its common name. This makes a perfect houseplant that will make your home's atmosphere feel a little richer with its unique beauty. Its offshoots will multiply faster than the coins in your wallet, giving you a full, bushy plant. You can even separate the offshoots from the main plant if desired. You may know it by one of its other nicknames: Coin Plant, Pancake Plant, or UFO Plant.

This plant was TINY! Way smaller and younger than the description. It lost nearly all of its leaves during shipping, and it lost the rest within a couple of days (though there were only 4 leaves total). I was able to save it by putting it outside in extra warm, humid, Oklahoma weather, and it is starting to come back.
This picture is how it looks now (you can see how small it is compared to a penny), but it took nearly 3 months for it to grow from a stubby stem into this. I will not purchase from this store in the future.

When purchasing plants online it's always a gamble. Of coarse we always hope that what we receive is always going to be bigger than what it is as far as starter little plants. I was not disappointed with these guys. I've had them now for a month and they've grown a bit since then. Overall they are pretty and unique. I hope they get bigger and fill out more.
