Eucalyptus citriodora leaves are citronella-scented when crushed. The essential oil from this plant is an effective mosquito repellent frequently used in natural repellents. Eucalyptus citriodora is now called Corymbia citriodora.
Most Eucalytpus plants are fast-growing and love sun. They need little fertilizer and are drought tolerant.
