The plant came in good condition, healthy-looking, and with lots of information on how to care for it. The packaging was exceptionally pretty, the first I've seen in a long time. I just hope I don't kill it🫠
All 4 plants were in great condition. They were packaged with care. Very healthy. Can’t wait to watch them grow .
I had great hopes that the pink and red ginger plants I purchased would shine in my garden in Laguna Beach, CA. I have tried twice in the last year to grow these plants. All 4 plants died over a 2-4 month period. I repotted in premium potting mix in 3-inch pots, watered carefully, and gradually introduced them to the sun. These "baby plants" were only 4-5 inches tall and arrived in a 1.5 inch pot. I believe they were too small to survive as there were no visible roots when i first potted. I believe they needed more time in your greenhouses to become established enough to survive.

Did send them a text bragging on their customer service I would not hesitate to buy from them again
Little smaller than I expected, but certainly healthy and ready to be planted. I have irrigation every three days so I’m not worried about them not getting enough water.
I purchased multiple plants from seller and they were all protected well during shipment and in good condition upon arrival. My dwarf red ginger plant is smaller/less mature (relatively) than I expected, especially for a $20 plant. This size plant should really cost $5+ less, especially this close to dormancy season. It has barely grown (I am fertilizing, watering, and giving it proper light.)
Attached picture is after 3.5 weeks indoors. It was smaller & more delicate when it arrived, but probably still 3-in minimum size possible. Reached out to seller and they would not replace, so, if you're less experienced with plants & plan to have it indoors, this may not be the plant for you, especially shortly after dormancy season and at this price.
