Great company to get plants from this was my first and it looks great the soil was still moist and no leaves were droopy it was also packaged very well I will be ordering more from them!

I sent 3 photos and a complaint email and just got back an email with an automated response. Never got back an actual response from the company. I am very disappointed as this seller came with high recommendation from several plant friends.
I'm appalled with the service. And the fact that my plant had to be thrown in the garbage about 24 hours after receiving it.
They have had over a month to get back to me.
I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I'm forced to leave one here. I'm very disappointed.
