Each Wednesday we drop a new, rarer plant that we've grown out larger than our typical starter plant size. This week, we have 12 Supreme-sized (3/4 Gallon Pot) Red Cluster Bottlebrush Trees.
Bring bold color and structure to your landscape with the Stiff Bottlebrush (Callistemon rigidus). This evergreen shrub is known for its upright, compact growth and vivid red, brush-like blooms that create a striking contrast against its firm, narrow foliage. Flowering generously in the warmer months, it makes an excellent choice for hedges, screens, or as a standout specimen in smaller spaces.
Highly attractive to hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees, this variety helps support pollinators that produce richly flavored, high-quality honey. Callistemon rigidus thrives in full sun and is well adapted to heat, drought, and a variety of soil conditions once established, making it a dependable, low-maintenance addition to the garden.
