The Diamond Head Elephant Ear has large, dark purple leaves that are almost black. The leaves and stems have a glossy finish. If your plant doesn't look just like the picture, give it a little time to grow up. Elephant Ears' attributes become even more defined when they mature.
• Average mature height: 4-5 feet
• Light: 65%-73% shade. Likes high light. 80% shade maximum.
• Soil: Prefers plenty of water. Does well in boggy areas.
• Zones: 7b-11
