Love them they arrived in great condition and they are still thriving to this day
I received this plant and all seemed well until I noticed some black at the base 2 days after it arrived. I moved the soil back and discovered the roots were entirely rotted. I sent photos to the sender explaining the issue and they advised me to cut the rotted roots off, and let them know in a few days how it was going. Well, I did cut the rot and basically nothing was left for roots. A couple of days later, I noticed black circles on the base and realized the rot had gone so deep there was no hope this plant could survive. I let them know and they said they will send me a replacement. They did not send me a replacement plant, but instead credited my account. I will not place another order with this nursery, it’s very disappointing to know that they are sending out rotten plants to customers and also will not replace the plant. I paid for shipping once already and they send me a rotted plant I will not pay for a shipment that they screwed up. Never again.

I received a beautiful green bird of paradise that is doing quite well after transplant. It is growing a new leaf already. I'm quite pleased.
