This company was SO patient with me! I ordered 2 different varieties of Kiwi but there was one variety that was very fragile. I planted it and handled it the same as the other and it just didnt make it! I contacted the company and they were like sure no problem. They sent me another of the same variety! Again, something about that variety was just so fragile it just didnt make it! Now I have always been a gardener and the only other time I had a problem like this was with a Dogwood tree! Anyhow, I felt so bad that I almost didnt let them know but that was a bit of change I paid for a plant that small. So I let them know and they offered a couple of options of which I chose another replacement of the other variety that I first purchased and it is doing just fine! Thank YOU Jesus!!🙌🏼

Well the box came in absolutely destroyed and crushed so bad that it was opened. I purchased 6 plants and 2 different types of food. This plant just didn't make it at all. By the 2nd day of having it the whole plant just withered into itself and turned black. I figured I couldn't even make a request for an exchange or refund because the plastic wrap they wanted me to keep for a return had already been discarded. So that was a loss. I wouldn't recommend buying a whole lit at once because they will inevitably become destroyed as other reviews have received damaged packaging. I had a few plants in the same box that needed some serious TLC.
