Wow your house guests with leaves that can get up to 2-feet wide with swiss cheese-like holes and splits that resemble a split-leaf philodendron. Please note that Monstera leaves start out solid with no holes or splits, but as they mature, they get their characteristic features. Monstera is a rainforest plant that also makes an ideal houseplant. Grow with a support pole to encourage the roots to climb, and it may grow even taller for you. Monstera can be grown outdoors in frost-free locations where it can grow crazy tall, wider, and can even develop blooms.

How tall are baby plants?

We aim to ship your plants when they’re 3-8” tall, though we often ship them taller than that.

What determines whether I get a 3-, 6-, or even 18-inch-tall plant?

The exact size of the plant we send you is variable on the time of year and how long we've been growing it out.
