With intense lime flavor, this "citrus caviar" will delight your tastebuds. Giant Green Finger Lime is beautiful and very thorny, which helps protect the fruit from scavengers. While Giant Green Finger Lime grows taller than the Red Finger Lime, it's actually named for its giant, elongated fruit which averages 4-5 inches long rather than the 2-4 inches of most other finger limes. It's self-fertile, but planting a second tree (like the Red Finger Lime) will help increase your yield. This does great in the landscape and when grown in a container. Finger Limes don't generally face the greening issues that plague many other citrus varieties, which makes them an ideal option for your garden. This Giant Green Finger Lime comes in a 1-gallon pot, which is the same size commercial growers plant in their groves, so you will be ready to plant straight in the ground or container of your choice.
