What determines whether I get a 3-, 6-, or even 18-inch-tall plant?

The exact size of the plant we send you is variable on the time of year and how long we've been growing it out.

Beautiful Thai Giant

I love my little plant and it is growing well. Two stems were damaged during shipping and I tried to save them. Unfortunately they didn’t make it but the plant has two more stems coming along. was damaged upon arrival, but I tried to keep it going

Arrived not looking good

My plants arrived but 2 of the three leaves on the Elephant Ear were mellowed and drooping. The Ponytail Palm looked fine. Promptly planted in a good planting medium. Hope for the best.
