I cannot find out how to contact the customer service department. Surely the package was insured. The carrier delivered this at 8pm and did not knock on the open door. It was left on the porch to freeze. The soil will not warm up and i cannot file disputes if i repot it. I think i can save it if i repot it but I’m not allowed to repot it due to the return policy. I am buying a two waikiki, a blue hawaiian and three giant thais - hoping to take advantage of the free premium plant deals, and would like them held until April 15th when the weather here isn’t as finicky. We did not have freezing temperatures forecasted at the time that i ordered this. The Tea Cup is a five star product but both leaves have yellowed since opening and there’s no new leaf opening. I think i can save it but i really need permission to repot it and fast.
For some reason this plant i ordered came in bad conditions. And I ordered a lot from this place. But still I think they have a amazing selection of plants. So I'll continue ordering from this place still.
