My order was shipped the day after the order was place. The speed of shipping was great! The shipper though was extremely slow in delivering the plants though, it took an extra week for the trees to be delivered. Not the fault of Wellspring. Due to the excellent packaging and protection provided by Wellspring, all of the plants arrived in great condition with the loss of just 2-3 leaves from all 4 trees! I plan on ordering more baby plants from Wellspring in the future; based upon their huge selection and skill in shipping.

I bought the olive. Arrived quickly. And within days all the leaves fell off. Customer service said prune it to 4" and fertilize and wait two weeks. Even I knew this plant was not coming back! I bought a 17.99 plant that had a 30 day money back guarantee. I put in a return for a replacement, still waiting.
