Wellspring Gardens Golden Ticket Promotion Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF RECEIVING A WINNING GOLDEN TICKET.

1. Sponsor

The Wellspring Gardens Golden Ticket Promotion ("Promotion") is sponsored by:

Wellspring Gardens, Inc. Lakeland, Florida

The Promotion is governed by these Official Rules.

2. Promotion Period

The Wellspring Gardens Golden Ticket Promotion begins on July 30, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on August 11, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time ("Promotion Period").

Cards containing Golden Tickets and promotional offers will be distributed with qualifying orders placed through WellspringGardens.com during the Promotion Period.

This Promotion is exclusive to customers of WellspringGardens.com and does not apply to third-party marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, TikTok Shop, or other third-party sales channels.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of participation. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Wellspring Gardens, Inc. are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Participate

Purchase Participation During the Promotion Period, qualifying orders placed through WellspringGardens.com will receive a promotional card included with the shipment. Promotional cards may contain a Golden Ticket or other promotional offer. Golden Tickets are randomly distributed and are limited in number. Receipt of a promotional card does not guarantee that it contains a winning Golden Ticket. Multiple qualifying orders may result in multiple promotional cards being received.

No Purchase Necessary Participation

To participate without making a purchase, eligible participants may submit a handwritten letter requesting consideration for a Golden Ticket.

The handwritten letter must include:

  • Participant's full name
  • Complete mailing address
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • A statement requesting consideration for participation in the Wellspring Gardens Golden Ticket Promotion

Requests must be received during the Promotion Period.

There is no limit to the number of mail-in requests an eligible participant may submit.

Each valid request will be considered for participation in the Promotion. Wellspring Gardens reserves the right to distribute Golden Tickets through the same random distribution process used for promotional cards included with qualifying orders.

5. Golden Ticket Distribution

Golden Tickets are randomly distributed during the Promotion Period.

A promotional card does not guarantee a prize. Only Golden Tickets specifically identifying a prize or winning offer qualify for redemption.

Golden Tickets are not available for purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Available Prizes

The Promotion includes the following Wellspring Gardens gift card prizes:

  • One (1) $250 Wellspring Gardens Gift Card
  • Three (3) $100 Wellspring Gardens Gift Cards
  • 10 (10) $25 Wellspring Gardens Gift Cards
  • All other promotional cards may contain a 10% off coupon code valid toward a future purchase at WellspringGardens.com.
  • The 10% off coupon is a promotional discount offer and is not included in the prize pool.

7. Prize Redemption

Winners must follow the redemption instructions provided on their Golden Ticket.

All prize claims must be submitted by October 30, 2026.

Failure to submit a valid claim by the deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Wellspring Gardens reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any Golden Ticket before awarding a prize.

8. Gift Card Terms

Wellspring Gardens Gift Cards:

  • Are redeemable only at WellspringGardens.com
  • Cannot be redeemed on third-party marketplaces
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law
  • Cannot be resold
  • Are subject to any additional terms provided at issuance

9. Odds of Receiving a Winning Golden Ticket

The odds of receiving a winning Golden Ticket depend on the total number of promotional cards distributed during the Promotion Period.

Golden Tickets are distributed randomly.

10. Lost, Damaged, or Altered Tickets

Wellspring Gardens is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or illegible Golden Tickets.

Any Golden Ticket that is altered, duplicated, counterfeit, or otherwise determined to be invalid may be rejected.

11. General Conditions

Wellspring Gardens reserves the right to interpret these Official Rules and make all final decisions regarding the Promotion.

Wellspring Gardens reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances compromise the integrity of the Promotion.

12. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless Wellspring Gardens, Inc., and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

13. Privacy

Information collected through participation in the Promotion will be used for administering the Promotion and in accordance with Wellspring Gardens' privacy practices.

14. Governing Law

The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
