Agave geminiflora. The Agave Geminiflora has cylindrical spines that are 0.25 inches wide and 0.25 inches thick and up to 3-feet long. As the plant matures, it fills in with hundreds of leaves. Towards the end of the geminiflora's 10-year lifespan, it produces a flower spike that can reach up to 18-feet tall. In climates where temperatures reach 25 degrees Fahrenheit (or lower), this plant should be grown in a pot so it can be moved indoors during the winter.
Average mature height: 2-3 feet
Light: Can be grown indoors, in shade, or in full sun.
