    Popular clove-like fragrance for aftershave and cologne. Crushing the leaves of this plant produces one of the most inviting and intense aromas imaginable. It is the source of the oil used in Bay Rum scented after shaves and colognes

    A slow-growing excellent small tree that lends itself to indoor culture. Outside where temperatures don't freeze. Can survive with some protection in zone 9b. Established plants can withstand temperatures to 26 or 28F. Outside it can grow to 20 feet. Prefers full sun. Rich well-drained soil. Has white flowers. (Culture is similar to Bay Laurel.)

    These are about 6 inches tall growing in a 6 oz pot.

    Great container specimen; can grow to 20 feet in the wild but will stay much smaller in a container.
